DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If your order has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of any items deemed faulty upon receipt, kindly inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.

To assist with assessment, clear photos and detailed explanations of the issue must be provided before any return or alteration process is initiated.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke, custom-made, and tailor-made garments, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on bespoke or made-to-order garments unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.

Refunds apply only to eligible accessory products. For approved accessory returns, refunds will be processed within 28 days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

If returned products are deemed damaged, worn, altered, or unsuitable for resale, the items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

ALTERATIONS & FIT GUARANTEE

At Reign Custom Tailors, client satisfaction is important to us. If there is a fitting issue resulting from our workmanship or measurements, we will gladly take responsibility and arrange the necessary alterations at no additional cost.

Depending on the situation, we may:

* Arrange for the garment to be shipped back to us for alterations, or
* Approve alterations to be completed locally by a professional tailor and reimburse reasonable alteration costs upon review and approval.

Please note that any local alterations must be approved by us in writing before proceeding. Unauthorized alterations performed without prior approval may void our fit guarantee and reimbursement eligibility.

EXTERNAL ALTERATIONS & LIABILITY

Once a garment has been altered, adjusted, or modified by an external tailor or third party without our prior knowledge or written approval, Reign Custom Tailors cannot be held responsible for any resulting fitting issues, garment damage, fabric damage, structural changes, or dissatisfaction caused by those alterations.

This includes, but is not limited to:
* Incorrect fit after external alterations
* Fabric or stitching damage
* Incorrect tapering or resizing
* Structural imbalance of the garment
* Damage caused during pressing, cleaning, or handling by third parties

We strongly encourage clients to contact us first before making any external alterations so we can properly guide the process and ensure the best possible outcome.

EXCEPTIONS

The scope of technical product errors is limited to confirmed discrepancies in:

* Fabric color
* Fabric pattern
* Approved garment specifications
* Major workmanship defects

Minor variations in color, texture, fit preference, or handmade finishing details may naturally occur in bespoke tailoring and do not qualify as defects or refund grounds.
