Bespoke Tailoring
01. YOU KEEP MY MEASUREMENTS?
After your final fitting, we store the final sizes along with your paper pattern for any future orders. For any size changes, you can send us your measurements online on discuss with us via phone call.
02. WILL MY SCHEDULE ALLOW ME TO GET A SUIT MADE?
Many of our clients travel around Thailand using Bangkok as a base. We will make appointments that fit your schedule. You will require a total of 2-3 days in Bangkok.
03. HOW LONG DOES A SHIRT OR TROUSERS TAKE TO MAKE?
Shirts take up to 2-3 days to produce. We will make one shirt first and test the fit the following day.
Any alterations are recorded and used to make any remaining shirts. If you are traveling within a
shorter time frame, we can always ship the clothing to you. However, at least one fitting with being
required to guarantee the best fit! The same time frame and procedure with take place for trousers
04. HOW LONG DOES A JACKET OR SUIT TAKE TO MAKE?
In order to ensure a perfect fit, we require 4-7 days with 1-2 fittings to ensure a fantastic fit. We strive
to achieve a perfect fit for all of our clients. For urgent cases, the garment can be ready for you
within 4-5 days.
05. HOW LONG DOES A FITTING TAKE?
Your initial visit is what will take the longest. Depending on how decisive you are with choosing fabrics and styling, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. An average initial visit takes about 45 minutes. Fittings usually take lesser time as it is just yourself and your tailor discussing the fit of the garment and making any alterations. This usually takes around 20 minutes.
06. WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm and on Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm
07. What is the estimated timeframe for online orders?
At Reign Custom Tailors, we strive to deliver your online orders with efficiency and precision.
The entire process, from placing your order to receiving it at your doorstep, typically takes
approximately 2-3 weeks, inclusive of the shipping period. We understand the anticipation of
receiving your bespoke garments, and we work diligently to ensure timely delivery while
upholding our commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
