Measure around your neck just below your Adams apple. Finder between your neck and the tape for the space you require for your collar.
Measure around the chest at its widest point. The tape should be tucked high under your armpits and sit approximately at nipple level.
Measure around your stomach with the tape sitting just above your hip bones. If you have a belly, measure it at the widest point, and do not suck in.
Measure around hips at widest point of seat. Measure around the hip and buttocks at the widest point. Donot tighten the tape very much.
The length measurement should be taken from the top of the shoulder at the point near the neck, along the front of your body.
The arm measurement is taken from the corner point, where the arm meets the shoulder, down to where you want the cuff to finish.
The shoulders measurement is taken across the shoulders from one tip of one shoulder to the other. Be sure to measure right on the corner point.
Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the armpit and back up around to the top of the shoulder with ease.
The biceps measurement should be taken around your upper arm at the widest point. Do not tighten the tape measure. Donot tighten it.
Place the tape measure around your wrist it the narrowest point. Hold it with one hand and move around the hand, make sure is not tight.
measurment is taken around your waist at the point where you normally wear your pants. Some people wear their pants high and others low.
THe Pant hips is Measure around the hip and buttocks at the widest point. Make sure its not tight and you have space to sit and move freely.
Start at the middle front of your pants waistline and run the tape measure under your legs and finish at the center of pants waistline.
Measure the fell length of your pants down the side, starting from top. down to the bottom of your foot. Pants made to this measurement.
Measure around your thigh as high up the leg as possible, right at the crotch.
Wrap the tape measure around the knee. Keep the leg straight for this measurement.
Measure around the calf at the widest point. This is usually about 3/4 up the lower leg.
This varies on the style of pants. Measure across the bottom hem of one of the legs.
